You must return the purchased product within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products at the customer's request.

The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return and issue a refund.

The sums to be refunded will be paid within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal request and once the above conditions have been verified. If the terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the user will not be entitled to a refund.

Any additional costs deriving from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one will not be reimbursed.

The return will be arranged by us, the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. 

To request a return, fill out the contact form below specifying in the message the return request, the item you want to return and your address for collection. We will send you the return label to be applied to the package by email.
